1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrackMyNetWorth ("the Service"), available at trackmynetworth.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TrackMyNetWorth is a personal finance tracking platform that helps users monitor and analyze net worth across asset classes such as stocks, mutual funds, EPF, PPF, NPS, gold, fixed deposits, loans, and other investments.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must sign in using a supported authentication method. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide
• Managing who you add to family or household tracking views

4. Plans and Pro Features

The Service may include a free Starter plan and paid Pro plans. Starter includes manual tracking features. Pro adds paid features such as broker auto-sync, unlimited family members, unlimited net worth history, and priority support, subject to the current plan description shown at checkout or on our pricing page.

Some Pro features may be marked as "coming soon", beta, or planned. We may add, modify, delay, or remove features as the product evolves, while making reasonable efforts to keep paid plan descriptions accurate.

5. Billing and Payments

Pro plans are billed in Indian Rupees through Razorpay, our payment processor. Current public pricing is ₹199 per month or ₹1,499 per year, unless a different price, discount, tax, or offer is shown to you at checkout.

By purchasing Pro, you authorize us and Razorpay to process your payment and, for recurring plans, charge your selected payment method at the applicable billing interval until you cancel. Taxes, fees, or payment-method charges may apply as shown during checkout.

TrackMyNetWorth does not store your full card number, UPI credentials, net banking credentials, or wallet credentials. Payment credentials are collected and processed by Razorpay under its own terms and policies.

6. Cancellations, Failed Payments, and Refunds

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account billing area, if available, or by contacting us. After cancellation, Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, then your account reverts to the Starter plan.

If a recurring payment fails, your subscription may become past due, suspended, or downgraded until payment is completed.

Pro includes a 14-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of the relevant Pro payment. Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method and may take additional time depending on Razorpay, your bank, or your payment provider. We may decline refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or repeated refund requests.

7. Broker Integrations and Third-Party Services

Broker auto-sync features rely on third-party services such as Zerodha Kite, and future integrations may include providers such as Groww. These integrations may require you to authenticate with the relevant provider and grant limited access required for portfolio syncing.

We are not a broker, investment adviser, exchange, bank, or depository. Broker integrations depend on third-party availability, API behavior, rate limits, and permissions, and may be interrupted or changed without notice.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload information that you do not have the right to use or track

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by TrackMyNetWorth or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Financial Disclaimer

The Service is not a financial advisor. Information provided on TrackMyNetWorth is for informational and organizational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of financial data displayed on the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackMyNetWorth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to your data
• Any errors, delays, or inaccuracies in financial data
• Any financial decisions made based on information provided by the Service
• Interruptions or changes in broker, payment, analytics, or other third-party services

12. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Where practical, we will try to avoid materially reducing paid Pro functionality during an active billing period without notice.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we determine that your conduct violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may delete your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease, subject to any data retention required for legal, tax, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
